We thought she did really well and her confidence showed. She was only a little nervous at the beginning but otherwise she looked like a natural born rider. I am so glad she enjoyed it and it will be up to her if she wants to continue on with lessons. Dorinda is such a patient and dedicated teacher. She worked really well with Emma on keeping her focused. Emma got a couple of Barbie horse sets for her birthday and she plays with them and uses all the new horse terminology she learned.
Parents can only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final forming of a person's character lies in their own hands. Anne Frank

A Riding We Will Go...
Emma had her 1st official riding lesson from Aunt Dorinda on Sunday. Emma was told about a year ago that she couldn't take lessons until she was 6 years old. Boy did she remember that and she got her lesson at 6 years and 1 day old!
