Thanksgiving 2010
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Beaufort. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed all the family and friends that were there. It is always great to have everyone together! There was lots of outdoor fun and way too much eating going on!

We were excited to have Kathy, Greg and Ethan join us this year. It had been a long time since these little cousins had seen each other!

Aunt Janet was passing out stickers. The kids yelled 'ME!" when she asked who wanted a particular sticker.

The great grands plus Ethan. Bet they won't fit next year as these cuties grow even more and we add 1 more to the mix! Not "we" like as in us ( ummm, no way!) but we are excited for Alyson and Kent as they welcome #3 in May 2011. Uncle Michael, thanks for being a good sport!

It's Fall, Y'all.
It is Fall but the thermometer says it is still Summer. High of 75 today and almost 80 tomorrow! The leaves have fallen and there was almost no change in color on the trees this year. Green on the tree and then brown on the ground. Timothy "helped" with yard work yesterday. He loves to rake and we let him!

A Boy and his Violin
Every week I go to Timothy's school to attend a Suzuki Violin class with him. He is really enjoying it and I love this special time with him. On Fridays he has a master class with other kindergartners to go over what we learn in class and practice at home. I hope he continues to love the violin and and by years end "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" won't sound so mangled and fragmented. Just kidding. At this point we are still trying to master Taka Taka Stop Stop. If you know Suzuki, that will make sense.
