Welcome to the family Lauren Kendell!

So Proud...
We are so proud to announce that Timothy was chosen from his class to be Citizen of the Month. I told G about it when I found out. Each month a child (or 2) is chosen based on the character trait for that month. The character trait for May..... patience.
G smiled and then chuckled and then asked the question I secretly thought when I heard the news....Do you think there was some mistake, do they have the wrong child?
I said of course not, Timothy is the most patient child I know! He always asks politely for what he wants/needs and if it doesn't come his way swiftly enough, he will refrain from asking over and over and over again before he receives said want (is it really ever a need?) He always thinks of others before himself, he is just selfless that way. He knows the world does not revolve around him and he will wait patiently for how ever long he has to, with a smile even! Just to make sure I looked up the true definition: Patience emphasizes calmness, self-control, and the willingness or ability to tolerate delay. Yep, that is Timothy to a T!
I will be asking his teacher today if there was some kind of mix up in the selection process. Ya know, just to make sure!!
